I think it would be helpful since then when the cells split, the offspring would carry the gene. Or should and adenovirus be used and reapplied as needed. Basically are there more risks associated with retrovirus vectors.

Also, would it be possible to get vectors to enough brain cells that deal with serotonin to regulate its flow, or is that too hard?
