I am a foreign student from India, and had dropped biology in junior college (11th & 12th). Hence, i graduated in engineering, and have never learnt biology after leaving school in the tenth. Even so, is it possible for me to pursue my choice of course in biology, and if so then in which colleges?

Besides your GRE, there are other factors such as your undergrad GPA, your recommendations, previous research work, SOP(Statement of Purpose).
It helps to find out what kind of grants the professors in the university have. Also, people already studying there can be a rich source of information. Judging purely by your GRE score(although there are other factors) you should comfortably make it to one of top 25 schools in your field. Financial aid, however, does depend on the school(some schools do not fund Masters students. If you are applying for a Phd you are almost assuredly going to get funded).
